Pick-your-own apple orchards near the Lake Norman and Charlotte area
A delicious and enjoyable way to segway from Summer to Fall is by visiting a pick-your-own apple orchard!
The weather is still enjoyable, but you can get some delicious treats and festive Fall fun with friends and family!

Carrigan Farms
Apple Hill Orchard
- Morganton, NC
- This orchard has a cider mill, a country store, educational tours, group tours and a bakery. Stock up on cider and sweets (including apple cider donuts) before you leave

Blueberry Thrill Farm

Jeter Mountain Farm
- Hendersonville, NC
- Over 25 varieties of U-pick apples, and just minutes away from downtown historic Hendersonville
- A tractor-pulled wagon will take your family around the farm so that you can hop off where you want at the orchard. The last wagon heads to the field daily at 3:30pm.

The Orchard at Altapass
